To make this simple bedtime drink, take a pan and add 1 garlic clove, just smash it once and add 1 glass of milk.

You can make this drink with a twist of sweet and savoury ingredients.

Once the drink is boiled, turn off the flame and transfer to a glass, add 1 tbsp honey and a pinch of black pepper.

Mix it well and drink it cold or warm to sleep well.
