The diva shared the simple recipe of Kadha and how this keeps her fit and healthy.

To begin this simple Kadha recipe:

Take 2-3 cups of water and add ½ tsp carom seeds.

3-4 cloves, 4 black peppercorns crushed, smashed 1 inch fresh organic turmeric and 1 inch smashed ginger.

Boil this blend, strain it and add a pinch of pure ghee, whisk it well.

Enjoy the blend. You can also add some honey for the sweetness.
